We fished south of Ludington Harbor today starting in 110 feet of water. We hit a big fish setting up 52 down on an out down with a Super Slim Super Bread free sliding above a DW Super Bread. It was on for a while but ended up getting off. That was the last bite we had for over an hour. We worked in and out, kept messing with the speed, and ended up turning back north before we finally took a Laker on the chute rigger with an 8″ Chrome Spin Doctor/Chrome Blue Glow Wing WhirlyGig. We took another Trout on that rig and took a King on a 175 copper with a Super Slim Rasta Goose. We turned back south and picked up a few more Trout. We picked up five more Trout and missed a couple on our wire divers. Our best two rigs were the 8″ Lake Trout Candy Spin Doctors/Chrome Blue Glow Wing WirlyGig and a 8″ Chrome Spin Doctor/Chrome Chartreuse WhirlyGig.
