7-12-26 Fishing Report

We fished straight out of Ludington this morning. Hit a Steelhead on a 5 color core with an SS Half Bloody Nose with homemade black dots. We were marking Trout on the bottom, so we put Trout rigs on our chute rigger and both low wires. We took Lakers on both divers ticking bottom with 8″ Lake Trout Candy Spin Doctors/Mountain Dew Whirly Gigs & Green & Silver Spin-N-Glos. We had a 10″ Chrome Spin Doctor/Blue Sliver Spin-N-Glo on the chute rigger. We took 2 Lakers on the chute and 5 on our divers. Port high wire Ninja Diver out 120 with an 8″ White Slick Spin Doctor/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly took a 2-year-old King. We had a rip on a 3 color core with a Gold Fireball. Lost a fish on a 7.5 color core with a Steely Ranger. We took a nice Coho on the chute rigger stack SS Rodman. Our crew enjoyed their first trip to Lake Michigan.
