8-9-26 Fishing Report

Good bite this morning. Port 5 color core went once with a Mini DW Pink Dot Plug. Starboard 5 color once with a Mini Natural Glow DW Plug. Port 7.5 went twice with a Mini Natural Glow DW Plug. Starboard 7.5 once with a Mini Pink Dot DW Plug. Port 10 color went once with a Mini Wonder Bread DW Plug. Starboard 10 color once with a Mini Soda DW Plug. Port 200 once with a standard size Warrior Hot Blueberry Muffin. Port 225 copper went once with a Mini Lucky Charms DW Plug. Port out down set at 65 went at least 3 times with an SS Super Glow Wonder Bread and a SS Half Wonder Bread free sliding above it. Starboard out down set at 40 went 3 times with a Mini Lucky Charms DW Plug. Port low wire diver out 115 went 2 times early and 1 time later with a 10 ” Dream Catcher Spin Doctor/Ghost DW Meat Rig. Starboard low wire went 3 times out 90 with a 10″ White Slick Spin Doctor/Pickled Sunshine DW Meat Rig. After we moved out deeper it went 4 times out 145 with an 8″ Black Slick Spin Doctor/Isotope DW Meat Rig. Starboard 5 color core took a Steelhead on a SS Steelie Stomper. Starboard 225 copper took a Coho on a Prototype 8″ DW Flip Fin Paddle/Glow Mirage Fly. We were all happy the rain held off until we got back to the dock. We use and recommend Nova Tackle Deep Water Series Trolling Rods, Dreamweaver Ninja Boards, Divers & Premium Meat Strips, and Magnum MeatlZ Downriggers & Copper.
