We fished north today setting up in 110 fow in the 01’s. The water was warm, 57 degrees at 85 ft, and the wind was coming from the nw. We marked some fish and bait, but the further north we trolled the less we marked. Our first bite was on a 11″ White Crush DW Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly down 100 on the chute rigger. We only had one more rigger bite all morning and it was on that same rig down 115 when we moved out deeper. We turned at the Point and headed southwest. Once we got out past 200 fow we started marking a few fish. We trolled back to the 01’s and then turned back north working between 200 and 280 fow. Our most productive rig was a 350 copper with a Natural Glow Captains Choice Cut Plug. We took a Coho on a 400 copper with a 10″ White Slick Spin Doctor/Green UV Big Water Meat Rig. We took a few fish and missed several on our wire divers. Our highs were out 285 & 300 and our lows were at 200 & 205. They all had 10″ Spin Doctors and Big Water Meat rigs on them. We use Erie Dearie Premium Strips on all our meat rigs.
