First rod to go this morning was a 250 port side coper with a Mini DW Lucky Charms Plug. It went 2 more time during the trip. Port 300 copper went 1 time with a Prototype Glow Flip Fin Paddle/Glow Fly. Port 325 copper went 2 times with the same set up. Port 375 copper took a big King with a Gold Fireball. Starboard 300 went 1 time with a Mini Blue Glow DW Plug. Port high wire diver went 3 times with an 8″White Slick Flip Fin Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. Port low wire went 1 time with a 10″ White Crush Green Scale Spin Doctor/Pickled Sunshine DW Meat Rig. Starboard high wire out 270 went 1 time with an 8″ Black Slick Spin Doctor/Red Pepper Meat Rig. Starboard low wire out 170 went 1 time with a 10″ Dreamcatcher Spin Doctor/Prototype Little Boy Blue Meat Rig.
Port out down set at 70 went 2 times with a Mini Pink Dot DW Plug stacked with a SS Half Hulk. Both bites were on the plug. Starboard out down set at 80 went 1 time with a Mini Blue Glow DW Plug stacked with a SS A-Bomb. The King took the stack.
Our chute rigger down 90 went 4 times down 90 with an 11″ White Slick Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly stacked with a SS Green Hulk 15 feet above the paddle. One bite on the stack, 3 bites on the paddle. Our Indiana crew had a good time and did a good job on the rods. We use Dreamweaver Deeper Divers, Dreamweaver Ninja Boards, Dreamweaver Premium Strips in all our meat rigs, and Morgan’s Tackle copper and wire.
