9-17-24 Fishing Report

Had a good bite this morning on our 5 hour trip. Both 3 color cores had Double Orange Crush spoons on them and they went a total of 3 times. A 5 color core with a SS Magic Man went once. A 7.5 color core took a Steelhead with a Gold Yeck Fireball. A 200 copper with a SS Orange Slice took a Steelhead and so did a 250 copper with an SS Rasta Goose. A 220 copper with a mag Fuzzy Bear Hot Rod took a big Steelhead. Port High wire diver out 120 went 4 times with a Freak’n Blue Veggie. Port low wire out 100 went twice with an 8″ Custom Chrome Spine Doctor/Mirage Action Fly with Black Beads. Starboard low wire went once out 85 with an 8″ Senica Special Flip Fin Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. Port out down set at 50 went 3 times with a pair of UV Blue Veggie spoons  Our chute rigger took a King down 200 ft.+ with an 11″ White Slick DW Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. Our crew had did a good job getting those Steelhead in the boat. We use Morgan’s Tackle copper and wire, Dreamweaver Deeper Divers, Dreamweaver Ninja Boards and Dreamweaver Premium Strips in all our meat rigs.
