Fishing Report

Got a couple bites in the dark this morning. Starboard high wire diver out 185 went with a 10 White Crush Green Scale Spin Doctor/Pickled Sunshine Dreamweaver Meat Rig. Port high wire diver out 200 with an 8″ White Paddle/Glow Fly went. We boated both Kings. The starboard high wire went again later in the morning with the same set up. The port high wire went two more times. Starboard low wire diver out 150 went once with an 8″ Green Scale Black Chrome Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. Starboard 275 copper went once with a standard size UV Shelly Snack. Starboard 275 copper took a big King on a Mini Pink Dot Captain’s Choice Cut Plug. We lost a big fish on a 325 copper with a Natural Glow Captain’s Choice Cut Plug. Port 300 copper went twice with a prototype White Charlie Special Flip Fin Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. Port 350 went twice with an 8″ Black Slick Spin Doctor/Red Pepper Meat Rig. Port out down set at 120 took a King on an old school DW White Crush Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. Starboard out down set at 100 with a new limited addition 8″ White Dagger Spin Doctor/Glow Blue Bubble Action Fly took a nice King. The chute rigger was good again today. It went 3 times down 100 and 2 times down 150 with an 11″ White Slick Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. We had good action, and our crew of mostly rookies had a great time. We use Dreamweaver Deeper Divers, Dreamweaver Ninja Boards, Dreamweaver Premium Strips in all our meat rigs, and Morgan’s Tackle copper and wire.

Beautiful day to be on the Lake. Rods that went once were:
10 color core with a DW Orange Slice, 250 copper with a Yellow Splatter Back Captain’s Choice Cut Plug, 350 copper with an 8″ Black Slick Spin Doctor/Prototype Red Sparkler DW Meat Rig, and a 400 coper with a Prototype White Charlie Special 8″ Flip Fin Paddle. Port high wire diver out 250 went twice with a 8″ White Paddle /Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. Starboard High wire diver out 265 went twice with an 8″ Green Stud Flip Fin Paddle/Illusion Fly. Port low wire diver out 130 went 5 times with a 10″ White Crush Green Scale Spin Doctor/Pickled Sunshine Dreamweaver Meat Rig. Port out down set at 65 went once with a pair of Bad Toad Spoons and  once down 150 with an 8″ White Paddle/Glow Fly. Starboard out down went once down 95 and once down 110 with an 8″ Prototype White Charlie Special Flip Fin Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. We had an 11″ White Slick DW Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly on the chute rigger. It went multiple times down 110, 125 & 150. It was our most productive rod. The fish won a lot of the battles early, but our crew started getting the best of them and ended with a nice box of fish. We use Dreamweaver Deeper Divers, Dreamweaver Ninja Boards, Dreamweaver Premium Strips in all our meat rigs, and Morgan’s Tackle copper and wire.
