Fished a double yesterday. We had a decent early bite with most of our action on Captain’s Choice Natural Glow plugs on 5, 7.5 and 10 color cores. We made one pass down the bank then headed out to deeper water and finished the trip with 10 fish. We headed back out to deep water on our afternoon trip. We hit a King on a high wire diver out 200 with a 10″ White Crush Spin Doctor/Moo Moo Dremweaver Meat Rig. It wasn’t on very long and it was gone. We worked the water over pretty good and never had another bite until we moved back in just off the Bank. It was near the end of the trip and we still didn’t have a fish. It was looking like we might be getting our first skunk on the Free Style when a low wire diver out 85 with a 10″ Mountain Dew Slick Spin Doctor/Cold Steel Big Water Meat Rig hooked up with a big King. While we were fighting that fish we hit a Coho on a regular DW Green Skinny Jeans stacked 10 ft. above a Tin Can Dodger/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. We boated the Coho while the other King was still on. Then a Green Black Ladder Back Cut Plug set a 45 ft. on an out down got bit by another King. Our crew managed to get both Kings in and we kept the skunk out of the boat! We headed back north this morning. The boat traffic was heavy. We got pushed off the shelf early, but still managed to boat 3 of our first 4 bites. The first 2 bites came on 5 & & 7.5 color cores with Captain’s Choice Natural Glow Cut Plugs. We dropped an 11″ Black Paddle/Blue Fairways Strong Fly down 110 ft. on the chute rigger and it took a 3 year old King. North of the Point in 140 feet of water we took another King on a low wire diver out 90 with the same Mountain Dew Slick/Cold Steel rig that took our biggest King last night. We turned west and headed out deep. We trolled out there for the rest of the morning and didn’t have another bite until the last half hour of the trip. We missed a fish 220 ft. down on the chute rigger with a Tin Can Dodger/Green Chartreuse Spin -N-Glow and took a Laker on the same set up. We use Dreamweaver Premium Strips in all our meat rigs and Morgan’s copper on our copper rods.

8-12-16 Fishing Report
We fished up north today on a 2 boat trip with the Dreamweaver. Not much of a early bite today for either boat. We took 2 fish on a 200 copper with plugs and 1 on an out down set at 50 ft. with a pair of regular size Dreamweaver Raspberry Carbon spoons. That was it for the early bite for us. We turned out for deeper water north of the Point and just picked the rest of the morning. Our hot rod was a 10″ Chrome Kevorkian Spin Doctor/UV On Ice Big Water Meat rig out 140 on a high wire diver. It went 3 times. A 10″ Chrome Killer Spin Doctor/Green Death Big Water Rig took a nice king out 110 on a low wire diver. We took another King on the other low wire on a 10″ White Crush Green Scale Spin Doctor/Pickled Sunshine Dreamweaver Meat Rig. We caught a big Coho on a 10″ Chrome Yellow Dot UV Crush Spin Doctor/UV On Ice Big Water Rig on a 200 copper. A 10″ Live Wire Spin Doctor/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly on a 250 copper took another Coho. We took a 3 year old King 100 down on an out down with a 8″ White Slick Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. We were having so much fun with our crew that we didn’t get any action pictures. Running a double tomorrow so the next report will be on Sunday. We use Dreamweaver Premium Strips on all our meat rigs and Morgan’s copper on all our copper rods.
