We fished north today setting up south of Big Point Sable in 130 feet of water. The picture on our graph didn’t look too promising so we moved in a little shallower. We still didn’t see many fish or bait but we hit a King on a 200 copper with a Super Slim Green Skinny Jeans and a Lake Trout on a high wire diver out 210 with an 8″ Blue Bubble Spin Doctor/Blue Bubble Action Fly. We boated both fish. We took another Trout on the chute rigger down 60 with a glow spoon. We took 2 small Kings and 1 big one on a pair of Blue Skinny Jeans Super Slims on an out down set at 60 feet. We took another Trout on the 200 copper with the Green Skinny Jeans Super Slim and lost another fish on it. Another Laker came on a 300 copper with a mag DW Green Dolphin. All our Trout today except a small throw back and one other were suspended, not on bottom. We pretty much stayed between 110 & 130 feet of water until we got north of the Point. We made a loop out to 260 fow and back in to 120.
6-20-18 Fishing Report

We fished north today setting up just south of Big Sable Point in 130 feet of water. We hit fish right away on our out downs. One had a pair of Super Slim Super Breads set at 55 ft. and the other a pair of SS Blue Skinny Jeans. They were both small Kings. We had trouble getting bigger fish to bite today. We marked plenty of bait and saw some nice marks on our graph but the larger fish didn’t like what we were offering, and we offered plenty of baits for them to choose from. We had a big one on for a second or two on a 200 copper with a regular Bloody Nose and finally took a nice King on a high wire diver out 285 with a mag Fuzzy Bear Frozen Veggie. We boated 3 Trout bouncing bottom on our chute rigger with an 8″ Chrome Spin Doctor/Blue Chrome Glow Wing Whirly Gig. Two were keepers and one was just shy of 15 inches. We took a couple more small Kings on the out down with the SS Blue Skinny Jeans and a few more on our coppers. No flasher bites today.
