Fished south today setting up in 100 feet of water by the Consumers Project. Water was warmer today. We found 45 degree water down 85 ft. on our Fish Hawk probe. We only had a few rods set when we took our 1st fish, a nice Laker. Action was steady all morning. We moved out to 130 feet of water later in the morning and took a Steelhead on a high wire diver as it was going out with an 8″ Chrome Spin Doctor/Mountain Dew Whirly Gig. It was only out 110 when it hit. We took a nice King on a 175 copper with a regular size glow spoon. Our two best Whirly Gigs, pictured above, were Chrome Blue and Mountain Dew behind 8″ Chrome and Laker Candy Spin Doctors. Our best rods were our wire divers fished on or near the bottom.
