We fished north today on a five hour trip setting up in 140 feet of water south of the Bath House. We had all our rods set and it took a while before we hit a fish on a 200 copper with a regular size glow spoon. It got off. We slid in a little closer to the Bank and were marking fish near the bottom. So we pulled our Paddle/Fly off the chute rigger and put down a Trout rig. It wasn’t down there long when it released with a good size Trout. We boated it. Next bite was on an out down set at 55 ft. with a Super Slim Green Skinny Jeans free sliding above a DW Green Skinny Jeans. We missed it. The rest of our bites came on the chute rigger with a Trout rig. It was a 10″ Lake Trout Candy Spin Doctor/Chrome Chartreuse WhirlyGig. We had a total of nine bites and boated 5 fish.
