We set up in 110 feet of water. It was 52 degrees down 50 feet. We had all our rods set before our first bite. It came on an out down set at 55 on a glow spoon free sliding above a mag UV Wonder Bread. We had a Wonder Bread Captain’s Choice Cut Plug down 50 on our probe rigger that took a King early. We missed a fish on a high diver out 150 with an 8″ White Slick Dreamweaver Flip Fin Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly. It went one more time and we didn’t get that one either. We broke off a big fish on a low wire Deeper Diver out 100 with an 8″ Kevin’s Girlfriend Spin Doctor/Froggie DW Meat Rig. We took a King on our port low wire Deeper Diver out 110 with a 10″ Black Slick Green Dot Spin Doctor/Pickled Sunshine Dreamweaver Meat Rig. Port 7.5 color core went twice with a Yeck Double Orange Crush. Starboard 7.5 color core missed a fish and took a Coho on a #3 Glow Black Ladderback plug. Lost a fish on a 10 color core with a mag glow spoon. Took a King on a 250 copper with a Glow Black Ladderback plug. Took a Trout and a King on our port out down set at 100 on a 2 color core with a mag Fuzzy Bear Orange Slice. Starboard out down set at 85 with a Green Dragon Slayer Flip Fin Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action took a Trout. We dropped it down to 125 feet and took a Coho. Our chute rigger with an 11″ White Slick Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly stacked with a standard Spotted Blue Dolphin took 1 bite at 85, 2 bites at 105, and 1 bite down 125. One of the bites down 105 came on the stack. Our crew were experienced fisherman, and we still lost several fish. Some days they just don’t want to stay hooked up. We use Dreamweaver Premium Strips in all our meat rigs and Morgan’s copper and wire. We pull our lead cores and coppers with Dreamweaver Ninja Boards.
