9-11-23 Fishing Report

We fished the Ludington Pierheads this morning. Early action was good. Most of our bites came on #3 glow plugs on 3,5, & 7.5 color lead cores. We took 2 Kings on a Captain’s Choice Glow White Pink Cut Plug on a high Slide Diver out 50. We took a King and a Coho on our other high Slide Diver out 30 on a Thunder Stick. Only one rigger bite. It came on a #3 Double Glow Plug down 15 on the chute rigger. The weather wasn’t the best, but our crew had a fun time fighting some big Kings.
