After experiencing two slow morning in a row up north, we headed southwest this morning to try our luck out where we fished last night. We set up in 190 feet of water (fow) and trolled west. The morning started out a little slow, but the action picked up when we got outside side 250 fow. All our bites but 2 came on spoons. We took a King and a big Coho 65 down on an 11″ White Crush Dreamweaver Paddle/Pickled Sunshine Action Fly on the chute rigger. The big Laker pictured below came on a mag size Fuzzy Bear Yellow Tail spoon on a 250 copper. A regular size Yellow Tail out 130 on a high wire diver took 4 Steelhead and a mature King. We weren’t having much action on our riggers until we put a pair of Yeck Afro Glows on an out down at 45 feet. They went 3 times in a half hour. A DW Beefeater 100 out on a low wire dive took several shots. We took hits on 5, 7 & 10 color cores and 150, 200, 250, & 300 coppers.
